JGA Property Group LLC is a private firm which focuses on real estate acquisition and development. We acquire and develop properties for tenant rentals. We also manage properties that we acquire and on behalf of other parties. We rent properties that we develop. Our owners have received awards for property rehabilitation, with a special emphasis on work with historic properties.

JGA Property Group LLC is dedicated to enhancing the neighborhoods in which it acquires properties. We seek neighborhoods which will be suited for our tenants. Neighborhoods which they would enjoy calling home.

The JGA Property Group strives to include high-end finishing touches for our properties. Our properties include granite counter tops, unique light fixtures, mosaic tile and hardwood floors. We design our properties for long-term tenants in mind!
MANAGEMENT TEAM
The property management team at JGA Property Group is comprised of individuals who are dedicated to restoring properties with the highest degree of integrity. We look for creative solutions which allow us to restore and renovate properties with an eye to managing costs.
AWARDS
The owners of JGA Property Group owned and restored the Motown Mansion in Detroit (now known as the Berry Gordy Mansion). Under their ownership, the property underwent an award-winning restoration process. We can do the same for your property restoration!
